Mount type and case size on a computer, wrist range on a watch, the internal and external figures on a shed rather than its nominal trade size.

Read the battery figure properly
Quoted hours and days are measured under favourable conditions. Screen brightness, cold and solar exposure all move them, as do load and gradient on a chair.

Ask if you are unsure
Ring or email us with the question before you order. Ten minutes on the phone is cheaper for both of us than arranging a collection.

Where do you deliver, and what does it cost?
Anywhere in the United Kingdom, free, on every order — no minimum spend and no remote-postcode surcharge. We do not deliver outside the UK. See our delivery page.
How do I pay?
By debit or credit card at the checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe, so your card details go straight to them and never reach us. Charges appear on your statement as PUNICHAIR.
Are you Garmin, Wahoo or Hammerhead?
No. We buy genuine stock of those brands and sell it, but we are not the manufacturer, not affiliated with them and not an authorised dealer for any of them. The garden and mobility ranges are sold unbranded. For official channels, warranty terms or firmware support, go to the manufacturer directly.
What if I want to send something back?
You have 30 days from delivery, you do not have to give a reason, and we pay the return carriage. Faults are covered separately under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. See returns & cancellations.
